Don’t book a flight with this company!!! They emailed and announced that our flight and boarding was delayed and then closed the gates early and wouldn’t let us on our flight. They then proceeded to do absolutely nothing in terms of refund or new flights and wanted us to pay more money to get on a new one with them! Not only that but their customer service representatives were rude, and didn’t know anything about who we could talk to and we ended up going in circles as each person told us to go see a different individual or call a line that gave no assistance and basically repeated the same information over and over! They marked us as a no show, which was a lie as were on time for a original boarding and they all acted as if they had no idea the delay happened or was ever sent out to us. Now we are stuck in Lisbon with no way of getting new transportation. If I could rate this airline in negative numbers I would, as a 0 /10 is honestly generous after the service we received.

Be careful !
The plane already left the gate 25 min. before the scheduled time, that is crystal clear consulting the official flight report.
Was at the gate at 6pm no plane there , the flight report states it left at 6:19pm see attachment
Do not try to charge a service that Air Europa did not provide.
It is Air Europa responsibility:
1- Not to departure before the scheduled hour;
2-Not to make false declarations in the flight report.
Therefore please just issue the refund of the flight.

Only low prices. Don't expect anymore. What I hate the more is their services. It's the worst of all airlines I've flied with (or Avianca) 😱.

Just the shitties airline page you can get!!!!! This is another level!!!. I couldn't travel because the page charge me and did not give me the ticket by any way after. You know, it can happen time to time buying in internet, but this was not the problem, this Spanish company do not have any administrative office or another way in the net to solve this problem or at list where you can go to find somebody to help you l, it took me almost 15 days trying to explaining to them that they actually charge the ticket. Don’t you ever try to buy directly from their page, you can get robbed. ALWAYS use an intermediate page if you cannot afford something better.

They are quick to get your money but return it when they cancel the flight is another thing. They send you a voucher that expires in several years and you do not have access to the money ever because they actively refuse to give it back. TO AVOID
