I feel the urgent need to share a recent travel experience that has left me both shocked and infuriated. I have never faced such dreadful service from an airline as I did with Air Europa.

My ordeal began with an agonizing five-hour delay. Yes, you read that right, five hours of waiting without any clear communication or updates from the airline staff. We were left in the dark, with no idea why our flight was delayed for such an unacceptable amount of time.

When we finally boarded the plane, the nightmare continued. The cabin was a horrific oven. It was so hot that I saw people struggling to stay conscious. Some passengers were on the edge of collapsing due to the extreme heat. This wasn’t just uncomfortable; it was a severe health risk.

As if that wasn’t enough, the lady at the boarding gate was incredibly rude. Her dismissive and hostile attitude only added to our collective frustration. We were already stressed and exhausted from the delay, and her behavior was the last thing we needed.

Traveling is stressful enough without having to deal with such unprofessionalism and negligence. I hope this post serves as a warning to fellow travelers and as a wake-up call to Air Europa to improve their services drastically.

Zero - absolute ZERO - customer service or friendliness.
Several people treated different from what was bought. Terrible.
Very poor low budget airline!

Don’t book a flight with this company!!! They emailed and announced that our flight and boarding was delayed and then closed the gates early and wouldn’t let us on our flight. They then proceeded to do absolutely nothing in terms of refund or new flights and wanted us to pay more money to get on a new one with them! Not only that but their customer service representatives were rude, and didn’t know anything about who we could talk to and we ended up going in circles as each person told us to go see a different individual or call a line that gave no assistance and basically repeated the same information over and over! They marked us as a no show, which was a lie as were on time for a original boarding and they all acted as if they had no idea the delay happened or was ever sent out to us. Now we are stuck in Lisbon with no way of getting new transportation. If I could rate this airline in negative numbers I would, as a 0 /10 is honestly generous after the service we received.

Be careful !
The plane already left the gate 25 min. before the scheduled time, that is crystal clear consulting the official flight report.
Was at the gate at 6pm no plane there , the flight report states it left at 6:19pm see attachment
Do not try to charge a service that Air Europa did not provide.
It is Air Europa responsibility:
1- Not to departure before the scheduled hour;
2-Not to make false declarations in the flight report.
Therefore please just issue the refund of the flight.

Only low prices. Don't expect anymore. What I hate the more is their services. It's the worst of all airlines I've flied with (or Avianca) 😱.
