I have flowed with Air France before and did not expect to have any problems.
The way going was fine, but the way back service had deteriorated because of strick dispute within the company. I had to take 4 flights with Air France to get to Montreal, and all of them were delayed, and we missed one. We were told to go to customer service to get another boarding pass, stood in line for 2 hours, and had a staff putting people in front of us, saying that there were no more flights to Montreal that day. After 2 hours another staff came to speed up the line and in 5 minutes he gave us the boarding pass for that same day. Because they made us to wait in line, we missed Air Canada flight from Montreal to Saint John. We had to pay overnight hotel in Montreal and a penalty with Air Canada to fly us home.
