This was our first flight on Air New Zealand and I have to say it did not disappoint. Check-in was fast and efficient. The seats very comfortable, plenty of legroom and the food amazing. The service exceptional and a special thank you to Flavia she was wonderful as were the rest of the crew.
Looking forward to flying with them again.

Surprisingly comfortable flight to/from Tauranga. The aircraft had plenty of legroom and there were quite a few vacant seats in both directions. Only one cabin attendant - but for a 25-minute flight, what more would one need?. Absolutely no complaints.

This was a Code Share with Air Tahiti Nui a journey that started off poorly and sadly did not improve on Air New Zealand. Travelling worldwide once or twice a month for many years you get to know who's good, and who to avoid. Our experience was barely average on this flight. The standard of food was well below par as was the in flight entertainment. What made it worse was the cost of the flight and am still struggling to get my air miles, the aim is to make it just too difficult to bother.

Excellent friendly service! SkyCouch seat option is perfect for a long flight! Requested assistance since I'm 75 years old an had wheelchair help getting to departure gate and then to and through NZ Customs and Immigration.

Flight was on time boarding and eventually departed due to traffic slightly behind time. Air NZ flys PE in a 2-3-2 so was on the aisle in the middle block. Seat is one of the best in the business. Great gap between seats in front and can start watching the screen from the moment you board. Ability to charge mobile devices after a busy day in Tokyo is a great asset. Cabin crew were attentive and friendly and looked after the cabin extremely well.

Food was of a high standard for a Non Business class seat with items like Braised Beef Cheeks and a great selection of wine and spirits. Once food over, managed to recline seat and get a good 6 hours of sleep with a wake up 2 hours out of Auckland as they started breakfast service.

Overall always good to be on Air NZ
