We fly twice a year to Cyprus and always choose B.A. as we know we get value for money. Good experience right from check-in.

This is the second time I have travelled long haul with BA. In comparison to most other long haul airlines they do not deliver. Food quality and choice is very poor. Film and tv choice is limited. They offer no little extras like kits with toothbrush/toothpaste, eyemask ,lip gloss, etc. Staff are okay but do not seem to go that extra mile.
Very disappointed.

I have no idea why people complain so much about BA. My flight to Singapore went without a hitch. The PE Seats on the A380 were very spacious and comfortable. The staff were pleasant and efficient on what was a full flight. Honestly - full marks.

Boarding at LHR had all the hallmarks of being hectic due to people starting to queue long before boarding. But the gate staff handled it amazingly well and appeared to handle those complaining very well. Full marks to them. Despite it being a full flight, the aircraft was boarded well before departure time. Small delay waiting for the bags to be loaded - but that is not BA's fault.

Unfortunately we now live in a compensation culture and flying is no longer seen as an adventure or privilege. Aircraft are complex animals and they can and do go wrong due to technical issues. If something goes wrong - I'm just happy that the staff and crew are there to make my journey as safe as possible.

If you just have to be somewhere on a particular date and time, just go a day or two earlier. BA is still one of the best airlines I have used.

We flew in Premium Economy to London and Business Class (Club World) on our return. I'm now completely spoiled. I can't remember ever having a nicer flight, even having flown First Class on other carriers in the past. Premium Economy is nicer than regular coach but the amenities and room in Business make a 10 hour flight SO MUCH nicer that I think we'll remember we're older now and can afford it and will opt for that again. Much nicer for "older" backs. In both sections the flight attendants go all out to make it a nice journey. Can't say enough about how hard they work. The reservation system leads a bit to be desired and could use some fixes to make it more user friendly.

Flight took off late but no reason givenThink it may have been aprevious flight that delayrd our flight by over 20 minutes. Provided with a drink but no snacks offered. Flight and landing was smooth.Service was good.
