A ten day tour of the Deep South flying into Atlanta then returning via Houston via British Airways, the crew did a great job, we felt really relaxed on both flight.

As always with BA easy check in by a very efficient young lady at Heathrow Terminal five.

Cabin staff could not do enough for you, Information updates from the pilot spot on.

All in all a good flight experience

First flight on the new Boeing since the Jumbo was replaced on this route. Where do we start, The airport worked very well,with small queues and fast security clearance. We boarded on time, aircraft was clean and tidy and the crew very pleasant on boarding. The food. films. flight and crew. Where all good. The crew would take time talk to you. Unlike others airlines on this route. And the food was far better than previous trips. All in all this was a very good flight. My only criticism was the box in the footwell of the seat in front took up a lot of space for my long legs and the box’s where under many seats. But thank you B A for a pleasant flight.

Though it meant we had to stay near Heathrow overnight, a 0745 flight out to Barcelona maximised the time we had to stay in the city. Both outbound and inbound flights were on time and very comfortable, especially on the return trip when the plane was no more than two-thirds full. Only downside is that BA no longer provide any food or drink on short-haul flights giving us the extra hassle of buying something in advance to take on board with us.

We were delayed nearly 1 hour. This was due to a connecting flight BUT this was made up during the flight!
I have flown before with BA and the service and staff are fabulous.
