A long flight was made much more pleasant by a crew who were happy to help with whatever they could. Pleasant short conversations mad this an enjoyable flight. Crew seemed happy to be in the air, whether they were or not. Would fly British Air again!

The boarding process was far too long. Finally we took off 45 min. Later than schedule. The cabin crew was average, they looked rather tired. One small M&S sandwich is £4.95 spirits are between £4.50 and £6.60 plus the mixer from£1.50 to £2.70, beer 330 ml £4.45-4.95, wines 187 ml £4.50-5.50. The only good think about BA is the cabin bag policy, still 2 pcs total 23 kg, if the plane is full BA encourages passengers to register the big cabin bag free of charge. Unfortunately times are over, when BA used to be a full service airlines.

This flight was the best i have ever had, especially coming home to Surrey .
The flight coming home was so smooth, i didnt even feel us land it was that good and i have been flying for 30 years.

I missed my international flight due to the delay of the BA Comair flight, and they were of no assistance. A special vehicle was arranged to drop off passengers with international connections, but the staff member dropped us off at the wrong place!

The flight was good with entertainment onboard, booking in was straightforward. My only complaint was that the food was poor, little to NO choice, I have a dietary problem of no fats or oil that I can work around but, this flight had Thia curry O/B which I could not eat, but the choice was take it or leave it. Again on I/B chicken curry (No good) or vegetarian pasta, only it had cheese on it. The salad had an oil dressing and the dessert was CHEESECAKE, or cheese and crackers. Breakfast was "cream cheese bagel".
No thought at all about variation.
