I flow from shanghai to rome one day ago and i travel a lot between holiday and business but it was the worst experience ever for the poor service that i get it.. the staff was so cold and if you don t fly in first class or business they look you as nothing, any of your request the answer is NO maybe i don't know and i need check..! Maybe because i m not Chinese... i felt discriminated!!!! Unacceptable !!
It is not the first time at all that i fly with this company as i live in Asia and now i al ready book the fly to back at the end of July but if it is the service that you offer to your guests, i will not think twice to deleted and never back to fly with this company...
Usually i never complained but this time really was to much .... first the fly was deleted 2h and 30 minutes but it I understand then can be happen... even if at the gate the staff was very confused even to report the message on what was happened... finally we get off and as i flow for 12h I wanted enjoy and relax with some beer and after the second the answer was we finish it... ok even this can be happened.. so i kind asked for a wine and the answer was, i m sorry sir but it is finish too... what!! Ok i went to check close the first class and they still served... unbelievable .. so i back in my sit and i ask to speak with the manager in charge and after 10 minutes here we go the wine magic appears.... i was really up sad because the staff lie to a guests and most because the manager never came!! So my question is which kind of genuine care is that!! So if i don t spend rmb 49k or 6,000€ i m not welcome to consume more then 2 tsingtao which the cost will be not more then 20rmb !! And if the managers are not able to management this kind of situation what kind of manager are you!!
