Six of us were returning from a walking holiday in Madeira. We had the back rows but this was not really an issue. When the cabin staff got to us with food/drink and were really helpful serving us all with what we wanted. The flight was slightly delayed - but only about 15 mins. Good value flight.

First time with Easyjet, pretty good and would fly again. Good service, refreshments available, professional staff. They seem to struggle with exact timings and both flights were c30 minutes late.

Really enjoyed flying with EasyJet. We use this route a lot as we have both family and holiday properties in this area, so the entire family and friends are often backwards and forwards from London to Murcia. Generally booking direct on their website or phone app is simple and straightforward, costs are relatively inexpensive in comparison with other providers of this route service, particularly in terms of value for money and the service etc. that you get. Obviously as it such a short route, we are always looking for the least expensive way to skip over to Murcia and with EasyJet although we know we have booked a budget airline, we don't always FEEL like we are travelling with a budget airline. The only negative side for us is that they don't fly this route from Luton, which would suite us better as a departure airport. Wouldn't stop us using them though.

It does what it says and gets you there safely.

The automatic check-in machines at Gatwick were ghastly - everyone in front of us in the queue had problems with it and there weren't enough staff to help.

We were delayed leaving, but this was not the fault of the airline, and they kept us informed about what was going on.

The plane was reasonably comfortable being slightly more spacious than some. The diction of the cabin crew announcements could be improved, as they were unintelligible.

Our luggage arrived promptly - no problems.

The outward leg of this trip was without incident -- the usual awful food for sale, the cramped seat for a four-hour flight, exorbitant prices for drinks -- but the aircraft was clean and the flight more or less on time. Our return leg was awful mainly because it was delayed from 22.40pm to 1.50am. When we checked in we were told the flight would be late, but we wanted to drop our bags so we went on through security to the lounge. Eventually we were told food vouchers were available back at the check-in desk, which was no good to those who had already dropped their bags and gone through security. Then the gate was changed to a completely different part of the airport, so we found ourselves going through another security check anyway. Sigh. We felt a bit sorry for the crew who presumably suffered from the delay just like the passengers. Question: why can't vouchers be issued airside to those who are already at the gate?
