“Great flight when departing from belfast”

Had a great flight departing from Belfast international to Faro, Portugal, unfortunately cannot say the same for the return flight from Faro to Belfast, the staff at the airport were incredibly ignorant, i had the same size of bag coming back as i did when i left belfast but they made me pay 60 Euro's and put my bag in the hold, i was really anxious and made to feel like i was telling lies, when i said to the girl that was checking my bag that i had no problem at belfast with my bag, she replied "well this is not Belfast" i have recently been told that Faro are one of the strictest airports, needless to say i will not fly with easyjet again after this incident

The threatened French air traffic control strike didn’t materialise, so thankfully our plane took off on time, and landed on time, which after all is the most important factor. Food, or rather the lack of it, was an issue on this flight, with several announcements that EasyJet were down to the last few sandwiches. Only two vegetarian sandwiches were left on a first come first served basis, so vegetarians were advised to press the call button if they wanted one. They then went on announce that you could book your meal in advance online and it would be delivered to your seat. So I guess if you want a guaranteed meal, either order it before your flight, or buy it at the airport.

We arrived at bag drop to be told that our flight only had a 20 min delay.Was sat waiting to board and the crying and upset from a nearby group of Barcelona bound passengers was awful to witness.Their flight had been cancelled as they were due to board.
20 mins later we were called to board our flight to Palma.The plane pulled up to the gate and we entered the tunnel to the aircraft.Where we were kept for 40 mins in searing heat.We were told that there was a medical emergency on the incoming flight.Obviously we had the up most sympathy for the passenger even though our conditions were intolerable.
Eventually we were moved back to the boarding gate.10 mins later the flight was cancelled.Excuses being that the pilot was over hours one minute and the next that they were blaming French ACT.This was only 1 hour after our advertised departure time.
No compensation forthcoming.Family devastated.Avoid.

I was charged twice because I changed my dates.It does say you have in the policy you are charged £35 not £176.16. Whenever I contact them they are so rude.

Great to be able to drop luggage the night before. Less stress for an early flight out and miss the crowds. Nothing but professionalism from all staff both on the ground and in the air. Seats were comfortable for short flights and everything went smoothly. No delays and we even arrived early.
