“Unfortunately bad service”
Review of Etihad Airways

I did not expect etihad airways with low quality service. I flied to US and return for 15hrs and the plane was old and seats not comfirtable at all and served us with only 2 meals that's it!!!.The cabin crew were not friendly and happy at all. If you ask them for any thing they get upset. Also whenever I try to do check in on the system always shows me an error and once checked in they made wait within long line for the bording and I do not have any loggage, so what is the point of online check in?!!
I beleive they should improve their quality.

There was very little leg room making the 8 hours flight very tiring.....despite being on an aisle seat. I could only stretch one leg. I noticed many passengers got up to stand...and there was one that keep walki g to the washroom. It can be to ease oneself so frequently, as he didn't appear I'll.
Food wasn't interesting, served late, and dessert was very sweet

We boarded flight no welcoming smiles form the stewards when during flight I asked for another blanket for my 97 year old dad because he was cold I was told he already has one.After a while she gave us another blanket begrudgingly. All through the flight all the stewards didn't not smile and it felt as if they were doing us a favour when we had paid for that flight. As for the food all the flights to and from India was tasteless and they put three cubes of fruit. We couldn't even eat the bread rolls as they were frozen most of the vegetarians on that flight I noticed returned their food trays untouched. I think the owner of the company needs to go on the flight and check out the customer service and food and see for themselves. The stewards need to go on customer service course and tought how to smile. They need to be informed that with passengers they would not have a job. Also the passengers have paid for their flights from their hard work.

Return journey from Abu Dhabi to Heathrow. Both flights were strictly on time , the staff was friendly and kept busy particularly on the flight from heathrow. Food was ok .Inflight entertainment was amazing and provided enough material for a long haul flight. In flight wifi (had to pay) was on the slower side. Would definitely fly with them again

Staff all very friendly, hardworking and providing excellent service.

Good choice of onboard entertainment channels.

Flight out bang on time and landed as scheduled.
