Review of GOL Airlines

This airline has been a mix of average to low quality service and high fares. The only quality, which is the new planes, does not compensate for the downs. It has been marketing its puctuality, which is not entirely accurate. The recent flights I took from rio de janeiro to Sao Paulo had a delay of 1 hour.

The flight take off at time. The aircraft is very comfortable.
But the food wasn´t good. The options were pasta or protein but both of them was cold.
The salad with pasta were too spice. No kid menu abailable.
The rest it´s ok!

We had seats up the front that had a little extra room. The cabin crew were welcoming, as were the check in staff. The trip was on a modern aircraft and ran to schedule. We'd fly this airline again.

Arrived international and had to re-check my bags, connection time was tight but made it. Plane was a brand new 737 and fairly empty so able to have a row to myself. 40 mins flight so no service.

Both flights to and from Rio were extremely delayed (over 2 hours, and it’s less than an hour flight). We got relocated from gate to gate at least 3 times. It was a horrible waste of time. It would have been easier driving!
