Since the price difference to Etihad was so big we thought to give it a try - and we have not been disappointed at all. As Partner of Etihad... the so called 5* Airline... this could be 6* then. Maybe Etihad should use them to adopt some of quality to AUH. Very friendly staff, helpful and courteous. The fleet is up to date and for sure we will consider flying them next time as well. The stopover in Belgrade is not a problem.... beautiful airport there. Thanks to Etihad for owning such a great carrier that is worth it.

Flight has many components and one of them is the way they handle your luggage. We were flying from Belgrade to the US by way of Paris & Atlanta. In Atlanta we discovered one missing bag. You would expect it on the next flight, instead for 10 days all requests were ignored. 10 days to finally locate the bag and another few days to forward it !?
Customer service need to be reminded how to treat the customers, since it is part of the overall flight experience.
In cabin service was reasonable and they deserve better than poor rating. The waiting room was hot and inadequate .

That is the best connection if you have to finish some business in one day. Ticket price
can vary up to 50% over the week and it is chipper in touristic agencies than at Air Serbia.

It was my first time flying with Air Serbia. The whole check-in process was really easy, they are very clear with all the steps. When you get into the aircraft (ATR-72) I saw that the plane was kind of old but comfortable.

The in-flight service was terrible, they just give a glass of water (if you are lucky enough and the cabin crew reaches you).

Firstly, Web checkin was Disabled on this trip.

One of the MOST PATHETIC Travel Experience that I've experienced in past 5-8 years.
Airport and On-board Staff is Extremely Rude, Unfriendly and holds no regards and dignity for the customers.

A senior air hostess during Zagreb-Belgrade flight refused to serve water and forcefully switched off the "Call for help" switch
No food/beverages were served on this International Flight
Highly Congested

A senior representative at Air Serbia counter at airport misbehaved, spoke very rudely

During Belgrade to Abu Dhabi, food served on flight was BLAND , TASTELESS and contained silver foil pieces. On complain, air hostess said "WE DO NOT HAVE ANY EXTRA FOOD PACKETS TO REPLACE" and left without a proper apology

You literally have to BEG for more drinks/alcohol

Alcohol is SERVED LOOSE, and not in 60ml bottles (DISGUSTING)

Is this how, Air Serbia defines "Hospitality" and justifies "Expensive Air Tickets"
