Travelling with Jet2 was really pleasurable and simple experience with very helpful staff clear instruction and this was from the Stansted staff plane cabin crew pilot and rhodes staff. We will without doubt travel with JET2 again

We booked our complete holiday with this company & found the service, comfort, attention to detail, staff friendliness, etc, to be first class, the company raises the bar to a refreshingly high level, when compared to other mainstream holiday/flight providers.
The whole process from check in, flights, service at hotel, to our return, was superb.
Its the little things that matter, like picking up our cases at the hotel on the day of our return home, the friendliness of all the staff we encountered, the aircraft seating legroom, the prices of food & drinks on board, the amazing deals for duty free.
Everything was done with a smile & nothing was too much trouble. It was my wifes birthday whilst we were away, on the day we found a birthday card & a bottle of fizz etc in our room.
The whole process was disabled friendly, we will use this company again & recommend it.
Hope they open up routes from Bristol soon

Felt I must give praise where it's due. I need assistance when I travel and the jet2 staff were efficient, helpful and courteous at both airports.

First time flying with jet2 and extremely impressed with the service. Couldn't fault the cabin crew from flying out and flying home ,really friendly and helpful,especially when I suffer from multiple sclerosis and needed the toilet when the seatbelt light was on and allowed me to go. The food on board was very good and well priced

Let's be honest here; you usually get what you pay for. We haven'f flown J2 for a couple of years for short haul but only because their schedule changed meaning overnight weekends in Paris no longer available.

We'd taken a case out with with BA so we weren't looking forward to check in at T3 CDG. We couldn't have been more wrong; no queue and a very smiley check in agent. Would we like to put our carry on in the hold for free she asked. Is the flight full? No, we just offer it as a courtesy when we can to free up room in the cabin since you're checking in a case anyway. How sensible is that !

It cannot come too early for the replacement aircraft to arrive as we discussed with the No 1 on the flight; we reckoned this particular 737 was built when i was at uni and we were returning from celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary! High pitched whining and an overheating panel by the floor ( sun not on that side)

So whilst, the plane was old and the flight was short, the service was excellent including a half decent cup of tea without being ripped off.

Departed on time and landed 20 mins early. Whilst the captain was directed to a stand nearer the clubhouse at Horsforth golf club, the bus was there very quickly ( amazing for LBA !!).

So having flown 15,000 miles or so over the summer with BA, I am more than happy to say that ( aircraft apart) J2 were just as good. If anyone from J2 reads this may I direct you to having a look at United's B737 and what offer passengers in terms of IFE ( your Achilles heel).

In fact our travelling history with J2 has been pretty good save for a couple of returns after take off due to bits not working. As the largest operator out of LBA we'd really love to see J2 flex their muscles with the airport management and insist on being able to park on the nearest stand and have stairs and buses immediately.

For this flight review from us it's a big thumbs up; well done to the crew.
