All good. Delayed flight coming home but no fault of the airline - due to bad weather. Flight attendants were very pleasant and helpful, pilots was excellent!!! Got us there and back in one piece. Paid for extra legroom - well worth it. So can recommend.

We haven't been on holiday yet, booked October 2017 for 11 of my family, never booked seats as advised if i checked in early we would get seated together. Guess what check in was yesterday at 4pm, completed all detail then an error message all free seats unavailable. Looking at the plane only expensive seats at £24 available but we have 2 children under 14 who cant sit on these. The cost to pre book seats for both journeys would cost an extra £435. yes they have more than doubled the price because its school holidays

Outstanding service all round I can’t fault anything from the booking to the flights and the hotel all exceptional and hassle free no queuing would recommend to all spot on service

Can't fault anything. Staff great good service. In-flight prices the best yet. Well informed during the flight. Couldn't fault them.

I absolutely love the service onboard from jet2.com and after seeing that we was flying out on a 767 i chose the pre select seat service and the value is outstanding so much that ill always use this service on future bookings. We travelled as a couple and we was lucky to fly out on the 767 and home on the 757 meaning we could enjoy sitting as a couple. We pre booked an all day breakfast for the flight out which was very tastie and hot. The drinks were good value on the offer they had on board, aircrafts were clean on short turn arounds and the crew smart and polite very profesional. They even handled a medical emergancy on the return flight calm and respectful. Slight delay due to a passenger deciding to not fly but the crew made up the time and we even arrived early. We ordered a delicious toastie on the return flight. I will always go to jet2.com before looking elsewhere.
