Excellent flight, little delay at departure, but arrival before scheduled time. The inflight entertainment was really entertaining. Flight was peaceful allowing for some sleep and the meals were above average. Kind flight staff

Flying KLM is basically almost like flying any other European airline, however you are always served a snack or meal and refreshments no matter the flying distance - super!
On the other hand KLM shall no be praised for being the first "high price airline" to drop free luggage (I never discovered any price cut on that account!).
Distance between seats = leg space is the same as on most other airlines.
Precision seems to be one of their virtues, and I have hardly been delayed on any of my flight - and I have had some...
Flight attendants are always nice and attentive.

Aircraft used is Boeng 777-300 with seating configuration of 3-3-3 in Economic Class. Seat is comfortable with enough legroom. There are on board food service.Small screen behind the headrest with English channels.I like the Vegetarian Pie but the red wine is alright. Check in was efficient and baggage delivery is sufficient quick. Good flight

LAX to AMS standard economy on a 777-200

Boarding could have been improved - delayed a couple of times, ground crew might have given out some more information.

Aircraft was clean and new-ish. Seats fairly comfortable, recline OK, legroom OK, food fine. Onboard service friendly and helpful - seems a staple on KLM....

IFE - large-ish screen, good selection of programmes.

KLM will take you from A to B, but that is where everything stops. If you somehow need help from them, then you can be sure that you will receive NONE. There is no match to any North American company. This is second time when it happen to be treated like a robot not like a person. No respect as human being, no courtesy, and definitely no extra-mile. They lost may luggage this time (this can happen) and they said to give them an address to deliver it. Also they said that they will call me, which guess what, it did not happened. I want to change the initial location to another, but after 15 min of looking online for solutions (not on their correspondence with me, as they provides only Facebook or Twitter contacts) I found that the luggage left towards the original destination. Too late, they told me. This happened 1 hour after I received the original message. It is not a big deal, but this is another example of KLM treating people like robots.
I will do my best from now on to fly Delta not a sub-par company to which Delta has a an agreement.
