On time, excellent service, professional and comfortable. Lucky this time I got the new plane - it is spacious and comfortable and the meals were good. The entertainment system is great and the flight attendants were friendly and helpful from the check-in to the disembarkation.

KLM is one of the best airlines I have ever used! The staff in every country are incredibly helpful.
I had an economy comfy seat from enteebe which was paid for but these guys made my day by giving me the same seat to Heathrow!
Wow I will always recommend this airline to all my collegues!
Meals are wonderful and on point.
Keep up the great work the world needs helpful people like your staff from.

After breaking up the journey from Florida with a few days with family in UK, I took an evening short hop with KLM from London to connect with the Cape Town flight the next morning. An overnight stay in the Yotel in Schiphol set me up for the long haul south. Easy check in and boarding on to a clean aircraft with plenty of cabin staff. Service throughout the flight was good and the entertainment, while nothing special served to take up some of the 11 hours of the flight. Seats OK I had a comfort upgrade so enough leg room and it was comfortable despite being a full flight. Flying these days is a pain but I can say that KLM took as much of the sting out of it as was possible without bankrupting yourself to fly up front! My return flight is in November so watch for the report on the return trip!!! Booked through the Delta Airlines website.

A power failure at Terminal 4 meant that our luggage had to be moved from check in manually. The problem was dealt with efficiently by check in staff.
We boarded on time but the flight was delayed for about 30 mins. ( We were concerned as we only had an hour to make our connecting flight). The announcement from the flight deck informed us that despite our late departure,we were scheduled to arrive in Amsterdam on time.
The cabin staff were friendly and efficient.
We were very happy with this and our onward KLM flight to Kilimanjaro Airport in Tanzania and will be happy to fly with KLM again in the future.

Arrived at Berlin airport at 9.00 for and return flight to Amsterdam at lunchtime for an overnight stay and then return premium economy back to Sydney with another airline, only to be informed by KLM staff at airport that our flight had been cancelled due to weather and that they had rebooked our flight via JFK New York.We explained our situation and booked accommodation and premium seating they were unable to assist in getting a later flight as they were ALL fully booked. Attempted to contact by phone several times. The flight was due to depart at 12.30 so we were directed to Delta boarding gate. While waiting for gate to open we receive a text at 11.00am stating our flight was cancelled. When delta gates opened we were informed that we require a entry visa into USA, so then we had to rush around to find a post office to apply as online was not responding. Again attempted to phone KLM and eventually got through explained situation and they relented and put us on a flight to Paris at 20.30 with a connecting flight to Singapore at 23.35 then Sydney. Then had to book our cabin luggage on as we were informed flight was fully booked. The flight was now delayed by a staff issue (they informed us a technical issue) and departed 60 minutes late resulting in missing connection at Paris. No staff at gate on arrival, found staff after walking around terminal, and they eventually booked us on flight next day all economy at rear of plane and separated from partner. Our luggage arrived two day later.
Now the best part there is no compensation for loss of airport transfers, hotel accommodation and cost of premium economy seating as they will refund us the costs associated with visa applications and incidentals at Berlin Airport It was the worse flight experience we have experienced by airline staff especially the untruths, no customer service never again
