Review of KLM Royal Dutch Airlines

The flight was on time, sat in row 16 (window seat) for the economy this was comfortable. Hardly any noise to be heard during the travel. Good entertainment on board. Meals were good. No complaints on the first leg of our flight. Only comment was when I opened my cheese packet someone had clearly taken a bite out of the cheese. A problem for the catering company not KLM. (see photo attached)

I love to fly this airline again. Immediately, it exudes the qualities of the Nordic area & people - the food they offer (sustainably healthy), paper napkins, etc., the kind, warm-hearted, down-to-earth staff with the aim to serve the customers passengers well.

I flew from Amsterdam to Los Angeles on KLM. First off it turned although the aircraft was KLM it was operated by Delta.
I had no issues with the aircraft. The seat was good but could have done with more storage space. I was wholly underwhelmed by the service. Everything was a struggle. The food was cold. The white wine warm. Nothing was offered. Everything had to be asked for. I had the oldest air stewardess in history. She must have been 70 and the 12 hour flight was too much for her.

I was the lucky one to seat in an emergency exit and get all the legroom needed although it was a short flight, but still the seat was comfortable and the sandwich was good too.
