Me and my wife always choose "Fast Track" and "Priority Boarding", which makes the whole trip much smoother and we get seats far ahead in the plane. This trip was very good and Ryanair has recently introduced a much better range of food and drinks aboard so it's perfect now.

Was your typical Ryanair flight left on time got there on time for 23 euro return I cant fault them at all

Boarding with assistance during freezing weather was not smooth as the Ryanair crew would not allow us to board first, instead insisting we wait in an icy cold elevator machine for nearly 30 minutes before opening the disabled access door.

On board it was typical low cost airline, no frills.

Well this company is cheap when you buy the tickets but then is always charging for extra, extra stuff ..

Ryanair is lowcost airlines, so you can expect average quality as the best, obviously. They add more and more surcharges, so the beginning price of ticket is quite confusing. We' ve paid extra fee for reservation of seats at the back of plane. After taking off a water from A/C has started drip on my girlfriend, she was really wet from it. I' ve complained to the crew, but they told me, that it is normal and it will stop during the flight and brought us few nappkins + they offered us to change seats, but we wouldn' t sit abreast, as we paid extra fee for it. So I just had to put those napkins into the A/C (see the photo attached). The dealing with crew was very poor and reluctant.
