“Andalucia Italia”
Review of Ryanair

Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Seville is a relatively small airport so the security and boarding arrangements are simple. Ryanair prefers its passengers to walk to the plane (after all low cost!). The day we travelled 21 June the temperature in Seville was 29 degrees and the 500m walk was pleasant but we thought that within a month the temperature will reach 40 degrees which might not be so easy. The staff were welcoming and the flight comfortable but no explanation of the 30 minutes delay. The inservice bar service is announced with great aplomb but when it came to some ice we were told the ice had melted on the outward flight (modern technology!). However a good flight and Ryanair has made great effortsrecently to ensure that its customers enjoy the experience rather than just save money.

Decent enough journey out of manchester, but delayed for nearly 2 hours on the way home with no communication whatsoever, then the cabin crew wanted to rush everybody around and very little refreshment available during the flight home.

Flown with Ryanair too many times over the years. This flight was the first with them for about 3 years, so stupidly thought they might have improved! They really haven't!! Same old late boarding, chaos with finding your seats. We were a group of lads on a stag do, all booked on the same booking but all sat apart.... and we paid extra for the priority boarding which is very much still a con!! You get what you pay for, although this flight wasn't particularly cheap.

What can I say. Cheap, no delay, very basic. It is like a bus drive. Non adjustable chairs are the only negative point I could find. Free 10kg suitcase in the cargo hold of the aircraft. Small bag as hand luggage....

Good flight going out and on time. It’s a no frills airline but scores above national airlines
On price. If we had flown BA price would have been £480 return. How does £89 return
Seem. It is worth the trouble a big saving when there are three of you flying.
Return was a disaster as we incurred a 6 hour wait at Vienna, but to be fair to the airline
It was because the French Air traffic controllers were on strike and not the airline.
