The flight itself was fine considering it is a budget airline. The flight was delayed 2 hours and information on the delay was poor. Food onboard is quite expensive and a number of the options were not available.

Checked in as soon as it came available and our group didn’t get automatically seated together even though there was free seats next to us all... this company just want to drain your money
I have mixed emotions about Ryanair. I have never flown with them, based on stories and reviews I have seen, but decided to give them a try. The flight was borderline comfortable, and rather cosy with the neighbor due to the seating configuration and incredibly thin/hard chairs. The flight attendants were professional and friendly and general level of service was good.
I understand Ryanair is all about offering the absolute cheapest fare, by making everything a chargeable extra. However, and I am sure many other passengers would agree that i'd rather the fare be £1-£2 or so extra and include a free soft beverage and snack. Especially on these medium-haul flights of 3+ hours.
That being said, my opinion of them has changed, and should I find myself in a position to book a flight and Ryanair operate it, I wouldn't hesitate to fly with them again.
Lots of room for our legs! Impressed all three of us traveling. The rest as usual. Just fine. The airport gate stuff could be a bit more patient and understanding with the disabled passengers.
I phoned up customer service for help as I had booked the wrong dates has the woman answered the call she was rude didn't want to listen to my problem she started arguing with me I asked for her supervisor and she said I don't have one then she put the phone down on me 😡
