In my opinion, SQ hospitality was the best. The food kinda tasty, the legroom was enough, boarding earlier is better. They give you a hot towel before takeoff, and offering you the blockbuster film during the flight. I think the pilot have a lot of experience, because the landing and takeoff was so smooth.

I wish the overall score for this Airline has extra score

An excellent airline and a great city for a stopover - I would absolutely fly Singapore Airlines again and would highly recommend.

Having flown Singapore economy in the famous to avoid row 62 DEF middle row that enjoys enchanting toilet views, I must confess that Premium economy is absolutely marvelous from a space perspective.Service is still typically slow and shares in economy class mediocrity, but with such generous space who cares. Please eat before the time as the dull food offerings is not what you would expect from an international long haul flight.I had a rather tasty tuna croissant that trumped the beef Pastrami Ciabatta.Most importantly though, for those unfortunate to fly at 01h25 in the morning, breakfast is served at 03h15 South African time. There is a few hours time adjustment, but for a flight that only lands at 06h10 this breakfast witching hour makes absolutely no sense. Maybe the the staff gets bored and needs to stay busy. After breakfast the lights are dimmed again so that you can try your best to fall asleep again. Singapore airport offers many lounges, but most can be accessed with very few loyalty cards. I went to the SATS lounge with my Diners club card beforehand and had a delicious dinner and a cramped shower. Some lounges allow paid access. It's worth considering prior to a long haul flight. The crew were absolutely amazing though. Especially seen in the context of a rather flustered crew from Johannesburg to Singapore a week earlier.

Fantastic return flight with Singapore Airlines, direct out of Canberra to Changi. I paid the extra $50 for an aisle seat. Well worth it.
Service was great. Food was great. Flights got in early. All round great trip. Train system is excellent and leaves from downstairs in the airport and is faster than taking a taxi.

I've been flying Singapore Airlines my whole life, from family trips as a child, to flying unaccompanied aged 11 from New Zealand to London return, to now taking my family on family holidays.
Our most recent trip to Singapore, we researched flying Scoot or Jetstar, but by the time you add on baggage etc etc, SIA was actually cheaper for our family of four and we got fed and had use of the great inflight entertainment system.
Singapore Airlines is always are reliable service and familiar to us, we will likely continue to fly with them.
