After outstanding flights from Houston up to Albany, we ran into some bad weather at Dallas Love which caused a diversion back to Houston. Even with all of the cranky passengers, the Crew held steady and still maintained outstanding service and a smile. It was only a mere 20 minutes after we refueled in Houston that we were able to fly back to Dallas. Also, we had four separate takeoffs and landings, on two separate planes, throughout the full-day excursion and all of our baggage still arrived safe and unharmed. Southwest never fails to deliver great service and safe baggage!

I have flown Southwest for many years. They are a well-oiled machine. My trip to Montego Bay was fast, on time, and pleasant. I’m a happy customer.

We went to San Diego for a family trip and a golf. Using SW we were able to check our bags (including 2 sets of clubs) for free.

We also had to revise our travel dates just few days before the trip. They not only change our dates as requested but the new dates resulted in a refund do to lower fares on the new dates.

Great service.

My wife and I have been choosing Southwest for several years if we are going to one of their destinations. We like the fact that they are more flexible on changed flights and that they don't charge for up to two checked bags. For this flight, we discovered another reason to fly Southwest. On this flight, we checked three bags. Upon arrival at Pensacola, we found that one of our bags had been damaged so that rolling it would be impossible. We took it to the baggage office and within two minutes, the representative acknowledged the damage and offered us a new bag of the same size and quality; or we could choose a $100 voucher off a future flight within one year. We chose the new bag. This is what I call no-hassle service.

In May we traveled to Vegas to celebrate my sweethearts Birthday. We flew Southwest airlines out of Milwaukee, no issues with the flight, from check in through security, to boarding. We always try and fly Southwest, great people work for the airline. When seated on the plane and listening to the safety instructions, they try to interject a little humor to make it kind of fun being on their plane, even the pilots have a sense of humor! I / we love Southwest.
