My wife and I were able to board in advance due to an infirmity; this was well-handled and staff were friendly and efficient. The flight was quiet and uneventful, with the cabin crew being professional and solicitous. I would recommend this carrier and destination without reservation.

My wife and I are elderly people. Check-in staff were helpful and polite. Boarding was easy and punctual. Service on board standard and flight arrived on time. We believe they create an "economy plus" area to cater for people with space needs.

The flight was just a way to arrive to Paris to get my dream flight through Qatar. As usually, they have a nice service, including food & drink, but with a terrible business class in an old aircraft. Hope it get better as I have another reservation in October from Rome to Sao Paulo.

I flew from LIS to OUD June 16th.

As i knew from the past crew is very snob to passangers and i as expecting that...

1h30m flight. Small snack will be served after take off. I was in the last row, seat 37F. They start delivering food and drinks from the first row to the last.
When the sandwich finally arrived to me the plane started to descend.
Flight attendant said to close my table. And i asked her: "Can i've a glass of water to drink with the sandwich?" Response: "NO! The captain started the descending and no service to passangers." WHAT?!

In OUD is night but the weather conditions are perfect, clear sky and no wind... What can a pilot named "Gustavo" want more to make a perfect landing?
What happen next was the most terrible landing in my life...
The pilot descended too, but too fast and the Airbus A321-211 / CS-TJE hit the ground SO hard that bounce back up, tilt right, hit the ground again and again until finally is on the ground to brake.

People screaming and NOT a word from the crew to calm people down and NOT a word from captain Gustavo to apologize and said what went wrong this time.

So, after this experience what else can i say? AVOID.

for the third time i booked through Lufthansa an expensive economy flight. I received a seat which can not be pulled back in a sleeping position and is so upright taht you can not sleep or even rest. The filghts have been a torture. I will never again book TAP. This eat may fit for a 1.60m portuguese TAP manager. But they are really unacceptable.
