As usual with this airline take off both going away and returning was late, though only 30m or so therefore not a major problem. Cabin staff are fine but not as friendly as on other budget airlines like jet 2. Desk staff good, efficient and friendly. Main complaint is the very limited leg room, again worse than other budget airlines. Choice of healthy snacks for vegetarians limited and drinking chocolate to be avoided, eye wateringly sweet and otherwise tasteless. No decaf coffee available.

Booked our honeymoon through TUI in store. I thought with it been a honeymoon they would throw in something for us but they didnt. We had to pay for everything extra if we wanted it. We got the 'extra space' seats which I think was worth it as you get loads of room.
Staff were polite on board and seemed friendly enough both ways.
On the way back the airport was a nightmare as TUI had 6 flights all trying to check in at once so we had to queue for a good hour before checking in.
Overall service was as expected with any airline.

Cabin crew very polite and can’t do enough for you and the comfort on your flight .

excellent service as you would expect from the Dreamliner service
couldn't fault it would defo recomend

Seat belt on for most of journey as lightening and turbulence all the way across America
Don't know what food was like returning as I was suffering gastroenteritis and couldnt face any food leg space and seat space good just shame they didn't put premium economy on my bag coming back as had to wait ages for luggage whilst they did on the way to Cancun and premium bags were off first
