Long flight only complimentary food was a bag of pretzels. That long a flight should of had at least one meal.

We've just been made aware of the many destinations that are available from the Medford airport, which is very wonderful for us. We don't have to drive 5-6 hours to Portland to make our small hops around the Western US. We flew to Denver to the Scottish games in Estes Park. The flight from Medford was about 2 hours - Great beans! The flight was smooth and the landing was unbelievable. Smooth, flawless. There was not even a tiny bump when we landed. Amazing. Good service. The flight home had an almost as good extra stop in SF. We got home rested and happy. Yay!

Missed 1st shuttle to airport from hotel but still arrived 1 1/4 hr. before take off. Had TSA PreCheck & thought had plenty of time.Wrong! Computer printed boarding passes would not work so directed to Kiosk. After printing passes were delayed at TSA because of new knee. Missed flight. Re booked but delayed 3 hrs. for crew arrival. Beer getting expensive! Return flight, tow bar broke 50 yds. from gate. Sat on plane for 1 hr. but still made connection.

Seat space was too small, I felt like I was stuffed into the seat. It was a small plane. They gave us a beverage and a snack. Plane landed a little early. Overall they were a good airline it is just the small seat that was a drawback

We flew into Amsterdam Augustr 27th and our return flight was from Barcelona on September 13th. Each leg of our trip was on time. Luggage delivery was fast; all crew members friendly and professional. Check in was a smooth process. I had priority boarding group 2 but my husband did not receive priority boarding,that was the only issue for the whole trip.
