Got my flight home yesterday from our honeymoon in Rome. Flight was delayed by 2hours with no communication from staff to why, no explanation or apology. Once we got on the plan it was filthy with old crisps, drink cups and paper all over the show. The toilets smelt and looked as if they had never seen a clean since day one and the staff were rude

Once we were were close to landing the staff cane around with the None EU card and the women sitting next to us was an elderly coloured women. When the staff asked her if she needed this card she said no in her broad cockney accent... the staff then kept asking her “are you sure, you sure, I think you need one”

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had while flying, I would avoid this airline at all costs. I will be putting in an official complaint and hope the women next to us does aswell

I had been working all day on our house, so by 11pm I was pretty tired, and decided that I needed to book flights from Malaga to Amsterdam to attend an exhibition there the following week. I logged on to Opodo, and looked at the flights, and booked what I thought were the correct dates. after entering my credit card details, and clicking the "go" button, it suddenly dawned on me that I had inadvertently booked the monday prior to the Monday I wanted! so completely my fault, and I take the blame! HOWEVER....On searching the Vueling website, I managed to find the contact us button, and called their office. a recorded message told me that the office was now closed as it was late, and I would have to call back in the morning, which I did. Then I was told that because I booked a non refundable cheap ticket, I needed to contact them within 2 hours of making the booking, which of course I couldnt do, as their office had been closed.I lost the entire amount due to my own error and I dont dispute that, but I think that all airlines, whether they be budget or not could show a little more leniency when it comes to grabbing our cash, and be a little more sympathetic towards mistakes made on the Internet, because it is so easy to do. I would consider booking with them again, if I at least got some kind of refund, or at least the ability to book another flight, or receive some kind of voucher to use the seat booking again! I paid full fair, and their seat was no doubt empty, or re booked by someone else, that seems a little greedy to me, and this goes for Corendon, Easyjet, Ryanair, etc etc. Customer service is all I am asking for here.

great WE had the booking done by D risen we will go back to them for sure. loved the Barcelona Airport it has bang we also like the uniforms from the Vueling employee

Decided I did not want to drive or take a long train trip from Barcelona to Granada [although the scenery might have been interesting from the train]. So I looked into flights. Vueling had the best price and schedule on flights [competitive with other means of transportation], so I booked and paid for a flight for me and the wife. It was afterwards that I saw reviews of people being disappointed in the flights they had taken on Vueling. So I wasn't expecting a decent experience and was prepared to have issues. There were none. Check in was easy, boarding went smoothly, the flight was service was up to par with every other non-discount airline I've flown. We arrived basically on time, luggage arrived in a timely manner. I have no complaints, what so ever.

If you are thinking of booking with this airline, PLEASE DONT! My sister, Brother and I where where due to fly out from Manchester at 3:35pm. When my sister was checking us in, the night before, it proceeded to tell us that the flight was cancelled (WE HAD RECEIVED NO NOTIFICATION OF THIS). We would now have to fly to Barcelona and wait in the airport for 16 HOURS until our connecting flight!! The staff were terrible and very very rude. When we explained the problem they brushed us off and made us feel like it was our fault. We had accommodation booked in Amsterdam that night so we ended up losing over 150 pounds. This was in June of this year. We have been back and fourth trying to claim our lost monies for months but to NO avail. They will not take responsibility for their mix up and won't refund us the lost monies. I will never fly with this airline again and I will be spreading the word.
