It used to be a good low-cost airline. They were different from other budget carriers. The service was good, flight very pleasent. Unfortunately, for some time now they decided to prove that low-cost flights must be miserable.Food is below average and very limited options. Most of the items are not available anyway as they running out quickly and do not refill on they short stops between flights. Nobody, no more clean the cabin between flights, so be careful you might just take a seat on someone else doughnut. Flight attendants are so unprofessional that your local restaurant waitress will treat you better.At the gates, they will pack you into a small waiting area behind the close door even before the plane lands arrives. Forgot about any priority boarding you paid for or taking a hand luggage with you as they gonna force you to put check it in due to the limited space in the cabin. However, remember, they are cheap so do not complain but do not expect either. Just a shame they level themselves with other average airlines.

Don t buy flights with Wizzair. We paid for our tickets, did not receive them...email stated "call if tickets are not received in 5 days" I ended up being charged 20 dollars and later that day finally received my flight tickets, I paid for their mistakes! When I wrote them email about reimbursement for the call, they told me no, because operator told me the info..EXCUSE ME?? What kind of info? You mean "give me your name, booking number, the price you paid" puts you on hold for another 5 minutes and tells you"can t find anything" all of this costs 20 dollars...and finally they send you the tickets...after making that extra 20!!!!!!

I had to pay 80 euros extra for a regular cabin baggage . Be carefull when you book wizz air. They may have very bad criterias. And charge from everything. Never again i fly................... ..........................

Clean and simple you get what you pay for. Could use a littel more service from the staff though. Wizz Air cheap and ok. My flight was delayed by an hour, when I was going to Bucharest and again on the way back to Billund. It could seem like this is a thing, theese delayes, but I hope not, just not the best first expression.

I travel a lot with WizzAir and i think that grosso modo, WizzAir is a good cheap airline, mainly, you get what you pay for, so don't expect anything luxurious. Definately, some rules are too rough or there's room for better services... In the future they should think of
a better custom loyalty program, also, they could launch more new routes, especially to sunny destinations where interest is very high (and they should keep those flights even off-season in may or octomber). Overall I would recommend choosing WizzAir, it's a good deal.
