We fly with Thai Smile to Mandalay and it put every British budget airline to shame. The plane was fully boarded in 20 minutes. In the hour and 20 minutes we were in the air every passenger was served a drink, in smile plus we were served a meal and duty free was offered. All this was done by friendly helpful cabin crew.

flying with THAI air food,okay didnt like the pancake with scramble egg terrible could do better selection for snack breakfast it was the worst i have tasted ,but overall staff so nice and very smart,good films to see kept you well entertained,clean and spotless seat and try.blankets,supplied and mask.they kept the shutters down so people could sleep.
room confortable,the thai people on plane stuarts,and pilots told us all about our flight and schedure,glad the flight path wasnt on comming back,from bancock to london nice flight,very exsperienced crew,nice to see what to visit and see on entertainment and history of the kind welldone to you lovely story and history and a royal tribute welldone you thai airline lovely to see and hear it well entertained me with the devotion and care about the king of thailand so sweet and history so good.congratulations,just change that pancake and egg snack took one bite awfull.

Very good service at a relatively low price. Legroom and seat are surprisingly comfortable indeed; food and drink are good enough for a one-hour flight. The overall experience is unforgettable, which is already better than many star alliance members I've taken before. I will definitely choose Thai Smile the next time I travel to Thailand. BTW, would you consider operate routes from north China (eg, PEK, TSN) to Thailand? I will be very glad to see that ^_^

Great service, great value! We are offered snack and water in a reusable bag, even for a short flight, nice staff, quick arrangement to depart on time. will definitely fly again

Very smooth check-in and excellent customer service throughout the flight. Plenty of room on board and impeccably clean aircraft cabins. Our first choice for travel in Thailand.
