It is hectic flying when the summer vacation begins, but it is more drepressing flying in China. There is always something called traffice control which is a general term/ reason for any kind of delay whether it is sunny days or rainy days. It was a sunny day but still it took more than another one and a half hour to fly.

The service on the plane was ok and the airhostess are pleasant though.

SO any time you are flying in China, the weather is not the deciding factor but if there is the visible hand doing its job.

Travel Tip: It would be best that you check in using mobile app becasue you can make your choice of seat without lining up.

“Modern aircraft a service with smile ”

First time I took Shenzhen Airline due to the fact I was in Shenzhen to fly off from China.

The airline is as good as the large carrier in Singapore who only is much more expensive whilst fly code share.

I will take this airline again, even do. they fly from terminal 1, because SIA sees them as a threat! Like other partners in the Star Alliance.

Reconsider to fly SIA, save yourself money!

“Generally good service, both in air and on the ground”

If you have to choose one of the airlines based in southern China, then I would pick Shenzhen over China Southern. I have had fewer problems with Shenzhen Airlines, who I found to provide better service overall, and for a good price,

“Delayed - again - without info”

Supposed to depart 14:00 May 4. Delayed 4 hours - apparently due to severe weather condition in eastern China that day. But... tell us what you know when we ask. Nobody in the airline industry knows nothing in 2017. Tell us the plane is delayed out of Shenzhen, tell us you'll notify us when it's departed from Shenzhen, because you know it's supposed to take us back to Shenzhen
Anyway, after departure it was okay. Decent food and okay service

Travel Tip: Can't! This was second time with them. First time I waited one hour on the runway without any info why

“Excellent flight experience”

Helpful, happy, efficient ground staff to the plane where we felt so welcomed. Good snack box where everything was edible and nutritious. Good pilot information.

Travel Tip: They added our frequent flyer points for another airline and the points were credited immediately.
