“Leaving from Ostend makes flying a better experience”
Review of TUI fly Belgium (formerly Jetairfly)

Reviewed 17 November 2017

Due to a technical error, our outbound flight was delayed but I don't see any harm in fixing a technical error before departing. The staff was friendly and tried to make us feel as comfortable as possible. The price was very good. But most of all, I like travelling from small airports where there is almost no stress.

Flight was delayed by nearly an hour going out and then delayed again commig back by 2 hours. The pilot did opologise but did not say what the problem was, I hate delays and ques with a vengeance as they are caused by idiots! However the inflight food was fantastic and better than most restaurants and that's saying something.

The small cost of premium vs coach is a great value especially if you big guy like me. They have great food and stella beer on board.

The worse flight experience in my entire life !!! Flight Canceled TWICE and stuck for more than 24 hours !!!
After being stuck in Nador's airport for hours with barely no information from the employees at the airport after we all checked-in, we had to pick our luggage back and go to the hotel in a total chaos in terms of Organization... The next day, back to the airport, and again after checking in, and sending our luggage away, we learned that the flight was cancelled again because no plane was there to take us to Brussels!
We had to get our luggage again and go through the same chaos!
We had to face a lack of information, disrespect of the elderly, and people travelling with kids, and no respect what so ever for our time and responsibilities back home !! Instead of arriving on October 28 at 23:25 , we git to Brussels on Monday 30th at 4AM !
My luggage was broken, and no response yet from my several mails to Client Service...
Good luck if you ever travel with TUI FLY !!!!!!

Due to some unfortunate events, me and my partner had to travel to Brussels to catch a flight to Punta cana so we could start our holiday. However, the past few holidays I have been on I have had the pleasure of flying with Emirates and Virgin Atlantic because of this I believe some of the features on their planes TUI fly would have the same considering we were travelling on a state of the art plane. Ok they had an usb port on the back of the chair in front of you for charging but no plug socket. The entertainment system was subpar. We were quite comfortable in the legroom but we were in extra legroom seats. Seat width I felt was small but I was sitting next to a stranger who didn't understand personal space. There was no Wi-Fi on the flight considering it was 8.5hrs long and I swear the plane had the bumps on the top that means it was there. The staff were friendly considering the language barrier.

In conclusion I believe if all TUI's 787's are like this state of the art but don't have all the modern kit that people have come to expect from a plane then they need to up their game.
