“The most horrible experience ever!!!!!”
Reviewed 18 September 2013

We were a party of 3 adults and 1 child, the service was good a first then when we ordered a prime cut term, medium (because of the child) we sent it back 4 times because they never got the temperature right! after this the GM recommended a big filet to make up the mess up and still was not done properly and we send it back twice, after 2 hours without food and loss appetite we left and ended up paying everything, the chef never come out and all the cooks were giving us the dirty looks, I highly recommend them to use a thermometer or get out of business.

“Good and tasteful”
Reviewed 17 March 2013 via mobile

This restaurant is located in an upscale shopping mall, food was average, service was a little bit slow though... I shared a one and a half pound "bife" steak and I really liked it. I recommend it specially if you're looking for a mexican ambience a bit more sophisticated.

“Superb Italo-Argentinian Cuisine”
Reviewed 25 December 2012

This handsome restaurant is located in Guadalajara's premier retail center, Plaza Andares, in the Puerta de Hierro in northwest Zapopan. It is very 'woody' and Argentinian in appearance, and they have great drinks and vino. Not being big beef-eaters, we had the grilled chicken (two large breasts) but our guests did have the grilled prime Argentinian beef. It was all excellent, but way too much food for the average stomach. The chefs use an wonderful mix of herbs and spices that separates this establishment from most other grilled fine dining. The wine and margaritas are first rate. Our waiters on the other hand, were only "OK" and nothing special, and that surprised us. Maybe they were overloaded but nevertheless, it is what it is, and we were the customer. Almacen is well priced but if you have several drinks, you will likely need to bring your "big wallet" with you. So, go and enjoy, and then you'll thank me.
