As this was our first visit, my son and I decided to sample a variety of dishes using the seven course taster selection. There are 4 of these but being health conscious we chose the seafood range. Each course was brought out by a chef with information on how to eat it eg wrap it in the betel leaf..the food looked picturesque and there was an explosion of flavours as you bit into it ,then it melted in your mouth. A night to remember. Great service from our waiter John. Awesome!
