My husband and I spent six nights in The Celtic Ross. This is an excellent hotel with amazingly friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is beautifully situated for touring around West Cork. The hotel itself is spacious proving lots of areas to retreat to for reading, for quiet conversation or using the wi fi. The rooms are very comfortable and spotlessly clean providing excellent room service. The food in the restaurant is very good and the breakfasts are a feast. We did not use the leisure facilities. We will certainly return again.

Room Tip: We asked for a room with a view and were not disappointed as on pulling back our curtains in the mornings the swans on the lake were always there to meet me.!!

Cant say enough about the team at the Celtic Ross.. We had our wedding here on 21st March 2014 and we were blown away by service provided by Teresa, Neil and their team.
Ideal scenic location, great food, spotless rooms, and a fantastic team. So happy we choose to have our big day there.
Thanks again,
Eric & Martina Daly

Had a very enjoyable break at Celtic Ross Hotel last week. We were also lucky to have had wonderful weather. It was an over 50's event organized by the hotel. We had four B & Bs /afternoon teas / & dinners, plus lots of organised activities for E199. It really was exceptional value. We had nice room overlooking the sea. Food was really good with great menu choice for dinner over the four nights - the chowder was excellent. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. I ended my break with great massage and manicure from Fay in the Holistic Suite. We will be back

We have just returned from our nieces wedding at the super Celtic Ross Hotel. The position on the bay is superb and if you can get a room at the front, you will be able to make the most of it. From when we arrived, without our luggage, the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They got us all the essential toiletries and chased up our lost luggage with Aer Lingus until it was delivered safely to the hotel. The wedding ceremony itself, overlooking the sea and the reception were wonderful. Delicious homemade, local food with melt in the mouth sirloin steak and a dessert platter made for a memorable reception, with impeccable service. We have stayed here several times now, so whether it's a family holiday, special birthday celebration or a wonderful wedding venue, we can't recommend the Celtic Ross highly enough.

Room Tip: Rooms on the front of the hotel enjoy wonderful views across the bay.
