Very pleasant place and nice staff. Food was also good but my hubby thought it was all a bit amateurish. Far too much all piled onto the plate, a bit off putting.

They could reduce the amount, save money, and satisfy everyone.

My family and I have have been regular visitors to the Waggon and Horses Pub in Griston for many years. My mother lived in Griston for many years and has lovely menories of the pub. Scott and the staff are brilliant, attentive, funny and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The food itself is A+, served quickly in hot bowls and plates. The portions themselves seem to get bigger every time I visit the pub. The prices are so reasonable and well worth it. The Waitress recommended the ‘Gin and Tonic Mousse’ for dessert, what a brilliant choice, served well in an Adnams glass, with plenty of gin! Make sure it returns to the dessert menu very soon :-)

Would highly recommend this pub to anyone local or further a field.

Many thanks for making the evening so enjoyable. Will be back again soon for sure.

Friendly staff, fast service and lovely food. My gammon was delicious and the pudding was fab too. My dad enjoyed his steak.

19 of our family went to the pub last night for my daughters 18th. All the food was lovely ( and loads ) and all out together. The staff were really friendly and we felt very welcome. Will certainly be going back.
