This is a really great place to stay .Great views from the bedroom I stayed in .Both Mary and Barnard make you feel very welcome .Breakfast is really good and generous portions !
Good location easy access to town( 10 min walk) and the rest of Devon and Cornwall if driving .
As Im on business I will return time again.

We stayed one night as guests of Mary and Bernard. They are wonderful hosts. The room was of a generous size and breakfasts very nice. The property is easy to find and a very short drive to the centre of town. Linda and Greg.

This was a return stay for me with Mary and Bernard. The location is perfectly situated for my business trips as Tyne Wells is located immediately off the A30 at Launceston and has wifi available! The ensuite accommodation is quiet, spacious and very comfortable with excellent views across the green fields!
Breakfast is more than ample and I would highly recommend Tyne Wells as a place to stay if you are in the area!

Mary and Bernard are excellent hosts and I look forward to my next return trip!

A classic bed & breakfast with superb hospitality and very much the personal touch. The room was spacious, light and comfortable with agreeable views. A fine breakfast was shared with Bernard (mine host) and his friends, one of whom later caught up with me in Launceston and took me to lunch! Impersonal it was not! And to wrap things up excellent value for money (rather underpriced, if I am honest). May their business flourish!

We stayed here for two nights over the bank holiday weekend. An ideal location for the places and, events that we wanted to visit.Dingles Vintage fairground and,the Launceston steam rally. We also had time to visit Bodmin and,Tavistock with a drive over Dartmoor.
Our room was spotless and, very comfortable with uninterupted rural views.
Buzzards were visible from our window.
Breakfast?,probably one of the best that we had eaten'.Just one tip'.Don't eat at The White Hart Hotel, dreadful service and, dreadful food. The White Horse pub farther down is excellent so,eat there...

We loved our one night at Tyne Wells, only wish we had more time there. Mary and Bernard were very cheery and friendly. We will definitely stay here again. Room,( thankyou so much for the putting the heat on for us Aussies!!) bed, ensuite, and food all of excellent quality and what a picture from our window... I called it a hidden gem as we were recommended it by a local petrol station, otherwise I don't think we would have found it.. highly recommend.

We stayed at Tyne Wells on the first night of our LandsEnd to John O'Groats bike ride.
We were warmly welcomed by the owners who gave us cakes. The room had lovely views over the countryside, but was only 15 minutes walk into the town centre.
The room was a large en-suite with TV and tea and coffee making facilities, the bed was comfy and w had agreat nights sleep.

The owners were happy to accomodate our bikes in thier shed.

Breakfast was yummy, and eaten in the tranquil dining room ovelooking the garden.

All in all a jolly pleasant stay!
