My husband and I with our dog stayed for one night in August to break the journey up travellignt to south Cornwall. This place is a little gem! Owners are so friendly and helpfull. Rooms are lovely, food amazzing including the breakfast. It's also a beautiful area to walk. We will certainly be staying again next time we make it down to Cornwall

Room Tip: Only 3 rooms, all lovely

We took two rooms here for five nights and had an excellent stay. The rooms were tastefully decorated and presented to a high standard. The breakfast menu was extensive and certainly set us up well for a week touring Cornwall. The bar menu was good quality pub food at reasonable prices. Above all Pat and Robbie were excellent hosts and took the time and trouble to make our main family holiday a pleasant stay. We would not hesitate recommending the Inn as a good base for exploring Cornwall.

I would be happy to recommend The Racehorse Inn to anyone looking for a home cooked, good quality meal. The food is excellent, in particular the Sunday roast which is as good as any mum could make!
The pub welcomes dogs which makes it a great stop after a nice walk in the countryside and the staff are always welcoming and friendly. GREAT PUB!

A very warm welcome as usual. Excellent food and nothing too much trouble for the staff. A typical country pub with service to match, wish we lived in the village, we could go there every night! So, if you're in the area, its a visit not to miss.
