“Beutiful Barn Conversion With First Class Facilities”
Reviewed 21 September 2015 for a stay in September 2015

My wife and I together with both twenty something daughters and partners spent a week in this delightful barn conversion.
The facilities and layout are top class with three lovely bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor and a fully equipped modern kitchen/dining area/ living room on the upper floor.
Every conceivable requirement has been catered for by the delightful owners and we felt truly at home.
The location is ideal for day trips to all that Cornwall and Devon have to offer, and on the occasional day where the weather may not be too kind, the facilities in the Barn are excellent.
Many thanks to David and Bridget for making our stay so lovely.

Thank you for your review of Gospemheale Barn. We have tried to equip the Barn with everything guests may need. You have also identified that we are situated in an ideal location for a touring holiday of Cornwall and Devon as we are quite close to the main A30 route through the counties and also not far from the coast.

“A great place to stay.”
Reviewed 23 July 2015 for a stay in June 2015

What a wonderful place to stay with such nice people. Accommodation: Good, wonderfully clean, large accommodation. Excellent conversion through the owners hard work and much thought has been taken over it. David and Bridget have put everything into making your stay comfortable. Nice little touches like flowers from the garden and a cream tea on arrival.
For the children there is Bob the dog who lives next door and has endless energy. Don't be concerned about him he is adorable. My husband is allergic to animals so we did not encourage Bob even though it was difficult with that lovely face pleading to play. He is one of the best behaved dogs we have known and will not come near you unless you want him to. The barn has lovely neighbours, David's parents, who have some interesting stories of how the farm used to be. Good access to most things that Cornwall has to offer. All in all we would thouroughly recommend this barn accommodation.

“A peaceful haven, in a little slice of Cornish countryside”
Reviewed 30 May 2015 for a stay in May 2015

We spent a week in the barn and have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The barn has a lovely feel, and really well equipped.
We really enjoyed the scones and the extra bits that were provided- made settling in easy.
Would definitely recommend this accommodation, and hope to return.

“Fabulous beautiful barn, everything we could wish for”
Reviewed 29 April 2015 for a stay in April 2015

My family and I enjoyed another fabulous stay at Gospenheale Barn (our 6th visit!). Everything was perfect for our Easter stay. Freshly baked scones with jam and cream - yummy. We had a lovely time as usual and hope to be back again in the Summer of 2016. Well done to David and Bridget for continuing to offer the best accommodation and all those special little extras make our stays so enjoyable.

“The barn was amazing....!”
Reviewed 28 August 2014 for a stay in August 2014

The barn was packed with everything you could wish for and more. We travelled with our two young children, one disabled and there was something for both of them to do from the games cupboards or from the book shelf. We felt very safe there with him. The barn was kitted out with all you could need facilities-wise and was finished to a very high standard. Nothing scrimped on here. The shower in the en-suite was fantastic! The scones on arrival were a welcome site and just heavenly! (Thanks Maureen!) Bob the dog was a regular visitor to us and waited for us to return to play Frisbee. There's lots to do at the barn and around the area. There's a large visitors book with tons of ideas for all groups. We'll be going back again to the barn in the future for sure!

What a beautiful place to stay! Ideal for young children with a gorgeous, safe garden, well equipped toy cupboards & DVDs, baby clobber etc.
I have never stayed anywhere so immaculately presented and well equipped, and David & Bridget such delightful & helpful hosts. They even went out & bought us a summer duvet when we enquired if they had one!
Amazing location, easy to get to north & south cornwall coasts. Just a perfect place for a family to stay xx
