We came to the restaurant with a coupon from Groupon when it was completely free. All the tables were free. for our trouble, we did not have a pre-booked table because we were traveling by car and could not plan a route exactly. But the restaurant staff refused to serve us. for their most important was the formal aspect of the issue. We explained the situation to them that we're leaving Spain on the following day and offered to reserve a table . But they do not showed loyalty and only offered us lunch at full price. Perhaps they are formally correct that denied to serve us without reservation, but it is not correct from a human point of view. We feel such an attitude to customers for the restaurant is disgusting.
