been here on a number of occasions, as location is perfect for my business trips. restaurant has a good menu if you wish to eat in rather than venture out.
rooms are clean, beds comfortable. however have noticed a decline in amenities and service. the one black mark in the room is the lack of a minibar/fridge. I had to walk to reception to ask for a bottle of water! truly find this absurd, especially for this level hotel.
at time of departure was taken aback: we asked reception to call a taxi, specifically requesting one we could pay with credit card. hotel called a private driver, who then refused to accept credit card once we were at airport, thereby forcing my colleague to run to cash machine and back to pay him. not a pleasant situation when you have a plane to catch! again not a professional service on behalf of hotel staff, who should have contacted a taxi company able to accept credit cars payments.More
