We stayed in a family room for 3 nights. The hotel seems to be new - and the family room was bigger than the ones we have stayed in at other Premier Inns. The room was very clean and very quiet and dark. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be near Bicester - we used it as a home base to travel throughout the area; it worked well. And, with the nearby outlet mall, there are a few dining options in addition to the restaurant across the street (where breakfast is available).

Lovely new hotel within walking distance of Bicester village retail park. Modern clean quiet. Food is located across he car park in the brewers fayre. Standard food in the evening but the breakfasts were quite revolting, I advise you go elsewhere do not even bother taking advantage of the free children's offer, very disappointing service all round. He hotel check in was laborious but we would stay there again as good value. The bed was very creaky I slept ll but my husband couldn't wait to get home he hated the bed!

we stayed here at the beginning of dec 2013, we had 3 rooms for 5 of us, we stayed 2 nights, the welcome on reception was great, the receptionist very helpful and polite, we didn't eat in the brewers fayre on our first night as we had already made plans in bicester however we did have a drink there, the staff again were very nice, we used the premiere inn as a base to shop in Bicester, Oxford and Witney, . we used pear tree park and ride when shopping in oxford, we ate in the brewers fayre on our 2nd night and had the chinese buffet, we were very dissapointed with the lack of choice as most of the choices were used before we got there (by 8pm) probably wouldn't eat there again but would use it for drinks as staff so nice. the premiere in room was great, very comfortable, clean and quiet, ample parking and good helpful receptionists throughout our stay, we love oxford and normally stay in a big country house hotel and only used this due to cost and availability for the 5 of us, we would now choose to book here again on next stay

First time I stayed in a Premier Inn and pleasantly surprised. Very close to Bicester village shopping and ample free parking. The chain is marketed to be a hotel which focus on a comfortable nights sleep and we got just that. We did have an issue with the bath tap which was bought to the attention to what appeared to be the only member of staff working and moved us to another room straight away as this wasn't a problem that couldn't be resolved straight away.
We paid £3 for 24 hour wifi access with decent connection though you do get 30 minutes for free. For the price we paid, I thought overall it was good value despite the bath problem.

Generally good property - clean and modern as you would expect.

Property does not have a permanently manned reception desk or any staff presence which may explain the vomit in the corridors and strong smell of marajuana present in the 2nd floor corridor which seeped into my room.

On the plus side this quick mention of these issues to the check out assistant resulted in them completely refunding my stay, however I think a stronger staff presence would make the property feel more welcoming and safer as well as deter potential unwanted guests from being disrespectful.

    Would stay again.
