“Slowest Burger King in Britain”

I have used this BK since it opened as with loads of grandchildren it's ok but when a five year old is asked BK or Sainsbury and opts for the latter it sums it up. Service is mega slow although the staff are cheerful and polite. This is so near to Bicester Village it could be a gold mine but one visit is usually enough. That is not to say the food is no good because it's ok but the service???

Called in on way home for some hot food after a long day in Oxford.
It was very busy with traffic and Burger King is EMPTY.
Yeah I forgot that usual warning sign, my mistake.

One staff member stood at the counter taking our order and three others were waltzing around.

No food was ready cooked, so I thought we would be in for a wait after we ordered.
A Chicken Royale with cheese meal and a Caesar chicken meal with two sides. £13-40 ish? !!
I paid cash and was given no receipt.
Despite there being no food out front ready cooked our order arrived within 2 minutes which I thought was odd.
My partner asked to change her drink from an orange juice to a 5 alive which the member of staff did but didn't ring the change in on the till order.

We got outside to the car and when we opened the bag, we only had been given half of the order.
Went back in and the rest was on the counter waiting for us to go back and collect it.
Someone could have brought it out to see if we were still there and hadn't gone!!

The food was so bad we could only eat the chips, some of the mozzarella sticks and the onion rings. The fries were ok but no salt and I ordered a large fries but got regular.

The Chicken Royale with cheese was stone cold and the cheese was served "on the side" in the wrapper, not even in the bun. Opening it up showed how badly it had been "chucked" together.

The Caesar chicken wrap was rancid ! The wrap was too soft and very doughy and had been smushed together with one large hand and had finger marks around it like had been strangled. The chicken inside tasted gamey and smelled bad. It was also plastered with raw ground pepper powder. Was this to mask the taste of the chicken? Too late sadly as I had already taken one large bite before realising it was off.
I asked my partner to smell the chicken wrap and she said it smelled bad !
The temperature of the chicken wrap was just above cold. Luke warm chicken.
The other contents of the wrap were indeterminate because of the rancid taste of the chicken and raw ground pepper powder.

The mozzarella sticks were were already going cold and hard when we opened the bag.

The hot chilli tomato sauce that came with the sides tasted like very cheap tomato sauce and the chilli flavouring tasted very unnatural, just nasty.

We could have any sauces we wanted, but if we wanted bbq we had to pay 20p each portion.

The carton of 5 Alive was extremely watery.

We threw most of it away because it was so nasty.
Needless to say the rancid chicken went thought me quickly. I guess I was lucky it didn't do me any greater damage.

I am disgusted with BK, we don't eat there often and they certainly showed us why you do not want to eat there EVER !!!!

VERY nasty food.
£13-40 ish for that instant garbage bin entry?
