We have just come back from our holiday staying in Casa Cobra and feel amazing. On entering the villa the first impression is how spacious and bright it is. It is laid out as you would like your own home to be, uncluttered and elegant. The villa is beautifully maintained with stunning views and fantastic gardens. The pool is pleasant surrounded by ample seating. Chris the Manager was extremely at tentative and reassuring and was prepared to help in any way we wanted. He left us to enjoy ourself but also made a point of saying that if we needed help or had a problem with anything he was on the end of the phone. Great thought has been put into little details like proving a hand produced guide to the Island based on his experience. An amazing villa, stunning location and fantastic Island. We will be back.
Brilliant location. Wonderful views amazing villa and staff who clearly care. Chris made a point of being available if ever we neefed him and always went the extra mile. We will be back
First of all our arrival was not what I expected. The property was in darkness, due to the fact that half of the electrical system had tripped. It was not obvious we were even at the correct property as there is no name on the building, unlike next door.
I expected there to be someone to meet us and show us around as I had provided the time of our arrival .
Our first morning was greeted by very little hot water and electrics tripped out. This was after spending a night in the noisiest bed I have ever slept in.
I telephoned the owner and Chris, came and sort out the electrics and the heating. He reinstated the electrics but the heating never worked and I do not believe that it will unless the boiler is replaced
Lets now mention the villa itself and the equipment. Electrical Kettle broken lid and crack in the glass, Toaster two large pieces of plastic missing mechanism does not work properly. Clock in kitchen does not work. Two leather settees which have springs sticking up very uncomfortable to sit on, and nothing like the ones in the picture Threadbare curtains in the lounge.
Bedroom with double bed, well the bed is probably the worst bed my wife and I have ever slept on, the slightest movement was met with loud creaking enough to wake ones partner. The wardrobe had a jagged piece of wood sticking out.
The ensuite bathroom, well this was something to behold, Bath red rust around top of bath. Towel rail also red rusty and not connected to the heating system???? Expel air fan inoperative. Hot water flow to basin tap a trickle. Shaving mirror fell into pieces one morning which I repaired. Toilet seat completely fell apart on last day. Door sticks on floor when opening. The lights above the basin never go out.
Lets now move to the outside of the property. Poolside furniture, one of the plastic chairs cracked and filthy. The sun awning over the bedroom window is falling to bits. The barbecue had not been cleaned out by previous occupier or cleaning staff.
General condition of paintwork poor. Sensor light outside main door broken.
It is obvious that I visited a villa somewhat different to the one in the pictures. The last review was in 2015 and there has been a great deal of wear and tear on the property and very little expenditure since.
Definitely ONE TO MISS
This was our third stay in Casa Cobra and we enjoy it more each time. The peaceful village location is pleasantly away from the tourist resorts, yet close enough for you to visit to eat out and go shopping. Being almost in the centre of the island nothing is that far away anyway. There is a beautiful pool that is a really good size and the whole garden area is very private. The pool was well maintained and cleaned several times during our stay. Once again Peter met us at the airport with our hire car and at the end of the holiday punctually returned us to the airport departure door. The villa is good value for money and there is every thing you would need for a good break for up to 6 six people, with the option of pool heating in the cooler season. Large Eurospar and Mercadona within easy drive and there is a small handy store in the village. Extensive Sunday morning Market at Teguise only about 3km away.
We booked this holiday very last minute, the booking process was simple and efficient, the key to this Peter! His knowledge of the properties and the island for that matter is second to none. We were collected from the airport by Peter, shown around, given the keys to the villa and hire car and within an hour of landing were swimming in the fabulous pool overlooking volcanoes and the coast!! Best holiday we have had in years, the place is fab, secluded location, views to die for! Our days were up, swim, out for lunch, explore, back to the villa, swim, shower change, out for dinner! Every day!!!
32 degrees! Every day sunshine, evenings again 22 degrees!
So much to see on the island two weeks were not enough!
Water parks, zoo, caves, volcanoes, beaches, water sports, exhibition centres, etc.
If you want a holiday without the masses this is the place, the roads are perfect, easy to negotiate, just wonderful!

We have stayed in these villas several times over the past few years and thoroughly enjoy our stay each time. We normally go as a party of four and the facilities are more than adequate. Peter picks us up from the airport and provides us with a car for the duration of our stay then takes us back to the airport when our stay is over, We are always made to feel very welcome and nothing is too much trouble for Peter if help is required. We find the location is ideal being in a small village away from the busy seaside resorts. The village has a small but well stocked shop and a restaurant. There are more eating places and a large Spar supermarket a short drive away. Teguise is just up the road where there is a large Sunday market each week. I would opt for for the pool to be heated if your visit is during the winter months if you enjoy a daily dip. I highly recommend the villas.

This was our first experience of non package deal holiday's and it will not be our last. We said the minute we got home would try and tell people that you can have a far better time without all inclusive or package holidays. We stayed in the lovely village of Nazaret in a fantastic villa called Casa Cobra. The manager met us at the aireport a d was extremely helpful from the moment we wt him. He gave us a guided tour as we made our way to the villa, The villa was beyond our expectations. It was extremely clean, nicely furnished and spacious. You would not find an hotel as clean or elegantly furnished. What made the holiday for my friend Sue was the pool. SHe is a non swimmer and has always wen reluctant to ha ego. The pool was set at a nice temperature to tempt anybody In. The shallow end was exactly that and did not drop deeper until you reached the middle, the deep end was what one would expect. We came away from this villa feeling like great explorers of the luxury market. A clean nicely furnished
Villa looked after by a person who takes pride in their work
