This is a delightful place to stay in the area south of Grosetto, Tuscany. It is a working farm with animals, vineyards and olive groves. There is a lovely road in lined with cypress. The rooms are rustic and simply furnished but very comfortable. Breakfast is included and is excellent. There is a swimming pool as well. The hosts are a delightful young couple who couldn't be nicer. We were greeted with a bottle of their own wine and also presented with a small gift of their own olive oil. We enjoyed speaking with them at breakfast and getting to know them. They also were helpful in recommending places to eat in the nearby charming walled city of Maglione In Toscana.

Room Tip: All the rooms are about the same. They are in a long motel type building. Some rooms face the lawns and swimming pool which might be the nicer side but the other side faces parking and is nearer the breakfast room. There is sometimes wi fi in the breakfast room but not in the bedrooms. All rooms are very plain and simple and rustic but quite comfortable. Good beds and lots of hot water. Prices are reasonable.

Overall we were pretty happy here, especially because of the pool and the communal kitchen, but in an agriturismo I would have expected at least some fresh local produce (apart from mulberries) at breakfast. A washing machine (even coin operated) would be good for people staying several days.

Great place to escape daily big city routine. Quiet and peaceful place with great hospitality and big amount of italian good feeling vibe ;) Incredible lanscapes and many places to visit in surrounding area. Sea, horses, port, and best pizza in the world ;)

The place is located in a beautiful surrounding close by Magliano in Toscana. The hotel is a good place as a base for car trips in Toscany (e.g. Pitigliano). It's also withing affordable distance from the sea shore (nice sand beaches around). It is advisable to have a car, though - the closest small city is a few km aways. If you prefare to stay in the hotel itself, it is a perfect place to cool down, listen to the silence, forget about everything and enjoy long and slow evenings with glass(es) of local wine. The Owners are very nice, friendly and very helpful (ask for hints regarding the local attractions). The atmosphere is very informal. We enjoyed making food together (fully equipped shared kitchen is provided) with other hotel inhabitants. If you are a fan of jogging, you can take the advantage of beautiful landscape, especially very close to the sunset (actually this is the right time for jogging during summertime).
