I love this place. In pricey Pietrasanta, it's a great pizzeria. The kind owner cooks at the smokin' hot pizza oven. He's from Napoli and it's classic Naples-style pizza: quickly cooked, puffy edges with a bit of char, a little crunch with pilowy dough. The center is soft, as it's done in Naples. It's delightful to eat outside with the sweet waitress suggesting a new pizza to me: her favorite, salami piccante. I asked for arugula, as it's a new favorite thing for me on pizza. Mimo, the great owner, put a big handful of fresh arugula which is a lovely contrast--fresh uncooked peppery greens topping spicy, hot pizza. That and a 1/2 carafe of easy-drinking red wine for under 15 euros. A culinary steal, attentive service and a very pleasant night.
