I have stayed here twice now and cannot fault it! I was in the area both times attending re-enactment weekends and from the moment I arrived to a pot of tea and home made cake, I was made to feel really welcome. Jane and Ed are so welcoming and friendly. The rooms are spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything you need. The best touch is fresh milk in your room contained in a small flask to keep it cool - so much better than those awful little UHT pots! The bathrooms are beautifully clean with plenty of towels, nice and large if you have a shower or bath. Breakfast is superb, enough for even the largest appetite! I am due in the area next year again and will definitely be booking here again. Thank you Jane and Ed for everything!

My husband and I had a wonderful time. We spent one night there, but now we definitely want to plan another visit and stay for a little longer.
Jane and Ed are very welcoming. What a nice couple. We felt like home. It is definitely a very homey farm.
They have 5 bedrooms in the house, with a big room downstairs for breakfast time.
We stayed in a very spacious room, with a bright and beautiful bathroom. Everything is extremely clean. Nothing to complain about. The bed is very comfortable too. They have TV in the room too. But we did not have much time to watch.
I also want to talk about the breakfast. It is one of the highlights. Jane did an awesome job. We had everything. A real complete English breakfast. Including eggs, sausage, bacon, fresh tomatoes, mushrooms, hash brown, toasts, jam, cereal, yogurts, juice, coffee, milk.

Room Tip: I communicated with Jane through email. Had very good, quick responses from her.

we stayed one night in this delightful BB, Jane welcomed us with delicious home made cakes and fresh coffee and a pot of tea which we thoroughly enjoyed. The bedroom was beautifully furnished to a very high standard, plus a hospitality tray that included plenty of tea / coffee, plus a flask of fresh milk, which enabled us to make a hot drink in the evening plus another drink the following morning. The breakfast was one of the best that we have ever had, with a selection of various cereals, fresh fruit salad, and a varied selection of yoghurts. then we were served with a full English breakfast, plus plenty of toast, fresh coffee and a pot of tea.
Many thanks to Jane & Ed for making our stay so enjoyable, we wish we could have stayed longer, but we will definitely return.

Stayed here as we were attending a wedding at Shearsby Bath, farm is beautiful, as you approach the driveway it is very appealing, met Jane and Ed - had spoken to them on the phone beforehand so felt like we knew them already.. Farm is beautiful, house is beautiful, very clever interior which seperates the main house from B&B, you can tell what a lovely family they are as they have family photos dotted around the dining room. Everything was luxurious, no expense spared. Our room was beautiful, again no luxurious, bathroom stunning, brilliant power shower with again luxurious shampoo, conditioner etc. breakfast was lovely, anything you wanted. My daughter had a tour of the farm and fell in love with their labrador and Nutty the donkey.. Price was fantastic too. Would definitely stay again... xx

Room Tip: there is no swimming pool, i could not remove tick - apologies if misleading.. room up the stairs to the right was fab as from the bathroom you could see the animals grazing
