Great friendly service from all the staff, very clean & comfy room. Good location for the Trafford centre & old Trafford football ground. A very filling & enjoyable breakfast at a great price, although we didn't have a evening meal the did look very nice. Will defiantly be using this premier inn again in the future.

This hotel is situated opposite the Trafford centre, the location is good however u can hear a slight traffic noise from your room. This hotel is very busy, reception busy up until 8pm, the bar was busy and under staffed, so had to wait for a drink for a while. The restaurant was average and again busy, service was not the best but the food was average. Room was a huge room and yet the bathroom was tiny with the sink being in the bedroom! You only get free wifi in your room/ bar for 30 mins and then u are charged after. I would recommend premier inn Trafford north, as it's quieter and the staff and service and rooms are better.

Dear Lisawestmidlands37,

Firstly thankyou for taking the time to complete a review with regards to your stay with us at Trafford Centre West.

I was dissapointed to find that your stay with us wasnt as you had hoped, the team pride themselves on our high level of customer care, I can understand your frustration with having to que for the bar during busy periods and I have spoken to our food and Beverage Manager with regards to staffing as maybe it is some thing we should look at.

The sink in the bedroom is a litte quirk we inherited from the previous owners of this site who saw fit to deisign and build the building this way.

I hope that if you were to return to Trafford Centre West you would recieve the high level of customer care that the team work so hard to provide

Ideally located for our trip to the Legoland discovery centre, this hotel was perfect for our trip. Chris on receptionwas really friendly and professional without being false. We'd been lucky enough to secure a family room for £29 which was an absolute bargain. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious for the four of us. We didn't eat in the restaurant in the evening. But breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Managed to feed the four of us for £16. Would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to be back in the future.

Stayed at this Premier Inn for one night while shopping at the Trafford Centre.
It is easy to get to, just off the M60, and has lots of parking out the front.
Its a 2 minute walk across the road to the Trafford Centre. It was a large hotel with a nice restaurant and friendly staff.
The room was modern and clean, however I don't like the sink being in the bedroom instead of in the (small) bathroom with the toilet and shower. This had a sliding door which didn't close properly due to being broken.
The bed was comfy and all the facilities were good.
We stayed in room 250 on the second floor at the back of the hotel, unfortunately it was near a junction in the corridors which meant we heard (noisy) people and kids running up and down and also right below our window outside were the very noisy extractor fans from the kitchen. They were running until about 11:15pm then they started up about 7am ish on the Sunday morning.
The other problem with the room was everytime one of the neighbours used the toilet or ran a tap it was unusually noisy also.
Breakfast the next day was delicious and the staff were very friendly.

Overall it was as expected for a Premier Inn, but for £103 per night, I would have expected it to be better sound proofed and for the bathroom door to close.
Next time I would ask for a room at the end of a corridor and at the front of the hotel.

Dear bdoliveira,

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us at Trafford Centre West, all feedback is important to us as we try to improve the level of customer care we provide.

The sink in the bedroom is a little unusual but the hotels previous owners who built the hotel designed the rooms in that way and it is a little quirky.

I was sorry to hear about the children running down the corridor, we have offer a good night gurantee whici ensures that the reception desk as a team member available 24 hours a day in which they can deal with any issues that arise immediately.

The maintainence department have been informed with regards to the bathroom door not sliding closed and I can gurantee that has been fixed.

Again thank you for taking the time to leave us feed back and we hope to see you soon

This is a conveniently situated hotel for the Trafford shopping centre. The rooms are as you would expect of this type of hotel.
When the hotel is full the bar area is not large enough for a place of this size leaving nowhere to sit for drinks before an evening meal. We ate here for convenience and after eating our starters were left for 45 minutes before our mains arrived.During that time we were never told how long our order would be or asked if we would like another drink. The restaurant had been busy earlier with families, but we were there when most of the other diners had left. The food was reasonably good and breakfast was ok. Not one of the best Premier's we have stayed in.
