Just came back from spending 3 days 2 nights at the Westin Trillium. We had an amazing time! Sarah from check in was very friendly and professional. She offered us a late check out without us even asking for it. The room was very clean and Staff were always smiling and greeting you. They have an outdoor pool which was nice and the Hot tub was amazing. We made dinner reservations at Oliver and Bonaccini and couldn’t make the time that we reserved as the kids were sleeping but they were so accommodating that they allowed us to push the time back half an hour.
You can hear the noises from the hallway but you cannot hear any noises from the next room.
There were lots of things to do and places to eat as you are right in the village. We park at the gravel driveway next door which was approx. 2 mins walk and it was free.
Everyone enjoyed ourselves immensely and we will definitely be back!

Went to Blue Mountain for the March Break. It was our first time staying at the Westin. This is the best way to visit. Very convenient access to the Hill with Private Ski Locker and a great outdoor all season pool/hot tub.

Room Tip: Ask for a room facing the pond and the villiage.

The experience was positive from the arrival the departure. My family went with another family and the space provided by their 2 bedroom suite was good for 4 adults and 3 kids.
The amenities such as pool, fitness centre, and extra-charge pool was great. Staff was friendly and courteous as well. I am planning to go back soon with my parents soon!

Room Tip: The end unit had a lot of windows to keep the room nice and bright. I think they're bigger unit...

We stayed at the Trillium as a weekend get-away and had a very enjoyable stay. The resort was beautiful and the amenities were exactly what you would expect from a world class resort. Our room was spotless and featured a mini kitchen complete with sink, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and coffee brewer. The restaurants were fantastic and the retail stores were beautiful. The resort featured pools and hot-tubs that are heated and accessible all year round. If you're looking for a place to unwind, relax, and take in the sights this is perfect. If you're an avid skier then you'll love the fact you can stay so close to the hills and enjoy everything the resort has to offer.

We really enjoyed out one night getaway to the Westin Trillium house. The hotel was very clean, modern, and our room had everything you would need (dishes, coffee maker, etc.) We enjoyed the hot tub and pool which were not busy at all. Our room was very nice and very clean. Loved the location as you can walk anywhere in the village. Overall, we were very pleased.

Room Tip: Our room didn't have an actual balcony, just a sliding door with a railing across it, a balcony...

My daughter booked and paid for a 2 bdrm suite in this hotel to celebrate my birthday. We were there May 2 - 5. The lobby is very open with a clean fresh look. Unfortunately, weather was not very good this past weekend (rainy and cold) so we had nothing much to do; just walked around the village, went to a Spa, played some board games. There was a Starbuck in the village; and we dined in Copper Blues Bar & Grill which is running a Springlicious promo (ends May 16th) with Steak & Seafood for $24. Food was quite good there but yes, drinks were expensive in Blue Mountain Village.

Staff in the hotel were friendly. There is a O&B restaurant inside this resort which I think is the anchor of this resort. It brings lots of much needed energy to this place. We ate here one night and the food and service were very good.

We enjoyed our stay and it would have been a 5 star experience if the following areas were improved:
- Room is uncomfortably warm @ 76F. No matter what we did with the thermostat, the temperature inside the room remained @ 76F+. We had to finally open the window a little bit to let in some cooler air.
- Beds were too soft and gave no support. 1/3 of the Bed sheets were tugged under the mattress with 2 layers of duvet/comforter on top. We had to completely remake our beds and remove the top comforter to make our beds more comfortable.
- Shower door in master bathroom did not close properly so we had a mini-river running down the sides of the shower stall and made the bathmat soaking wet; not a very pleasant encounter when I stepped out of the shower.
- Housekeeping needs more attention to details. Although the room greeted us on arrival was clean and ready for us, service in between stay was sub-standard: garbage was not removed, bathrooms were not cleaned, beds were not made, floor was not vacuumed, and the single dose dishwasher detergent was not replenished. All we got were clean towels. We declined Housekeeping service for the first day and I am not sure if this has anything to do with the sloppy service on the second day. It shouldn't because Housekeeping did come.
- Our room has a view of the pool and the back of Blue Mountain village which was good. Unfortunately the pool got very noisy at night. Our room was also very close to the elevators and directly across from the ice/vending machine. The door is not sound-proof.
- The cabinet inside the King room should be replaced by a low dresser so that the TV can be left on top of the dresser and not inside the cabinet. The doors of the cabinet blocked the TV so it only be viewed from one side of the king bed.

There is a Spa (Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain) 5 minutes drive away. Plan a visit there. It gets very busy on the weekend and I recommend early appointment to get some nice and quiet moment before the crowd gets there.

Room Tip: Rooms facing the pool have very good view but can get very noisy, especially at night. If you are a...

My teen daughters and I made our annual trek to Blue Mountain for a dance competition this past weekend. We have tried staying in private rented chalets and at other hotels in and around the Village but by far, this past weekend at the Westin was our best experience yet.

We booked a one bedroom with a den (king sized bed in the bedroom, 1 double fold-out in the den and 1 double fold-out in the living area). The room came equipped with a small fridge, 2 burner stovetop, dining table and a dishwasher. It was an ideal setup for a busy weekend. The room was spacious and had three tvs, a fireplace and a small balcony. Lots of room for us to get away from each other (as necessary) and lots of room for us to be together as well. This was especially important for us since our event attendances were either early morning or late night and the weather was rainy and cold - lots of indoor down time! Note that highspeed wifi is at an extra cost - $17.95 for 3 days and you are limited to 3 devices. A bit of a pain but it worked out fine for us.

Service was excellent from Nick at the front door through the reception desk, concierge services and housekeeping staff. Everyone was friendly and attentive without being obtrusive. Room service breakfast arrived on time and hot (I despise cold eggs).

I could have easily rented a private chalet for the same price for the weekend (3 nights), but I would have had to take care of my own housekeeping issues (sheets, towels etc.) and food would have certainly been more than a phone call or short walk away. This way, I had the option of either cooking the groceries I brought, ordering from the room service menu, or wandering over to the Village (a very short walk). We were able to save quite a bit of money on food (which can be obscenely expensive in the Village) by using the kitchenette to make (and pack) lunches and snacks.

Noise (which had been an issue for us at the place we were at last year) was minimal. You could hear the people in the hall but not the people in the rooms on either side.

I am a fan of Westin in general and their Heavenly Bed on the king bed didn't disappoint. The teens tell me that the mattresses on the pull-outs were also comfortable and we all slept very well (this is an issue we have run into in private chalet rentals).

All in all, an excellent balance and value for my family for such a busy weekend. We'll be back!

Room Tip: The lobby/bar area is open concept and can get very noisy if the bar is crowded - it's a bit of...
