Good location, good breakfast and lovely gardens. We had a nice bathroom, but needed to be a contortionist to get to the loo roll.
On the down side: Smelly corridors that the many air fresheners left on stairs couldn't disguise. Hearing every single sound from the room next door is no joke. They weren't being particularly noisy, but we had to move our bed into the middle of the room at 1.15am in order to get some respite from the sounds of their TV and chatter. No blackout curtains meant sunshine woke us just after dawn. The carpet needs replacing and there should be a chair at the desk/dressing table.
Glad we were only booked in for one night only as that was as long as we would like to stay.
