This is a diamond in the rough restaurant. Small on the outside, but wow! on the food. My favorite are the slow cooked, meat sliding off the bone ribs. Just writing about it is making my mouth water....
Try it with the side of rice or papas saltiadas. Delicious! Something on the menu for everyone in the family. And the margaritas are great!

This is a restaurant that appreciates the delicate touch needed for perfect seafood. Had a lovely flounder fillet (just barely done) with cilantro sauce. Perfect! Prices are reasonable and there restaurant has a pretty dining area. Dinner for two under $40, although we had neither appetizers nor wine, being not in the mood for either. Recommend for sure.

I was in Panama for a week & took local bus to Coronado beach. As I was walking towards the beach I saw this small patio cafe along the road. The menu is varied & has burgers, pasta, seafood, etc at reasonable prices. I decided to splurge and get the lobster with 2 sides for $25.00. While waiting I ordered a Pina Colada which was large and well made with enough rum in it. For some reason I was expecting a Maine lobster with claws & was surprised when it was a spiny lobster that was halved & the meat was cut in chunks & put back in the shell. The lobster was cooked perfectly ...the meat was so sweet & fresh and not rubbery at all. The side salad filled half the plate & was simple greens & tomatoes wedges with vinagarette, other side was tasty rice cooked in coconut milk. The best surprise was the garlic butter dipping sauce for the lobster. Huge chunks of garlic in a sweet butter sauce, it was so good & I did not want to waste so asked for some bread to scoop it up with. I met the owner as she was bringing groceries in... She is very friendly & explained everything is organic & she had herbs & was going to start an herb garden in the back. I saw she was carrying ribs & the waiter said it takes up to 5 hours to smoke & make the ribs & the ribs are sold out in two days when they announce on Facebook. There is also a Mexican restaurant right next door that also looks good if you prefer that for that day. I believe everything is organic because even the lime wedges the outer peel was really rough & had big bumps unlike the smooth green limes you always see in most restaurants. Organic food never looks as smooth & perfect as mass produced fruit. This place is great & I hope they really do well.

Good food, lots to choose from. Husband and wife run the place. Speak English and really try to please their customers. Choices of fish, shrimp, pasta, steaks, burgers, and ribs.
